Repair Cost

Minimum repair cost is $250 or 2/3 of list price of a product, whichever is less.

Maximum repair cost is 2/3 of the list price of a product.

  Warranty

1 year from date of shipment from NR&D for most products.

Extended warranty is available for most products for a price of $50 per six month period. Extended warranty must be ordered at the time of original purchase of the equipment.
