31MAR2025 - Web page and front panel configuration lockout while Proxy is in RUN.
            "Proxy Running" Link added to web menu bar.
            Firmware update prohibited while Proxy is in RUN.
	    Web page requires confirmation when chagning Proxy state RUN/CONFIG.
            Hot MB+ now works, but do not use PEER COP in Proxy Mode with it yet.
	    Web restore now accepts MEBII files.
	    Spinner added to Web Restore for feedback that button was pressed.
	    Fixed MEBII Mode so Global Data Output works.
