Release Notes for EIM Valve Actuator QUCM Application

02May2006 - Removed flush port 1 from thread 2. Make port 1 pull messages from
            the receive queue until a timeout occurs. 
            Changed default timeout to 1000mS from 500..
            Added socketstate.13 on telnet to allow reconnect.

18Apr2005 - Missing Set Reaaltime OFF that kept thread 2 from functioning.

31Jan2006 - Fixed maxretrycounter > 1.

19Dec2005 - Added Diagnostic Block Timeout counter support.  The I/O Diag Block now
            shows counters for port 2 in the high byte and port 1 in the low byte.
	    Each timeout on a port increments the counter.  Range is x00-xff and rolls
	    over at xff.

01Dec2005 - Fixed halting error on I/O Scanner config extension read when over 7 entries.

12Jul2005 - Added web server, Modbus/TCP server, Write Enable.

25May2005 - First Release.
