14Jun2007b - Removed the x55 polling while idle.

14Jun2007 - Added maxretry checking on all messsages and if exceeded then delay for 30 seconds to clear the line.

04Jun2007 - Overhaul of timeouts, retries, acceptance of x99 and xCC replies.

17Apr2007 - Chnaged Kfactor to divide by 100. 
             Added kfactor assignement immediately before energy calculation.
             Fixed p2timeout always displayed on telent.
	     Changed default time_out value to 4000 and min. 1000.

16Apr2007 - Added CTS1 and CTS2 Failed detection and stats.  
            Chnaged the 180 countdown calculation.

02May2006 - Added delay timer between poll scans.  
            Edit this value in the Serial Port confiugration web page.
            Default to 180 seconds.
